For an external clay mask:
Place a small amount of the mineral blend into a clean, non-metallic bowl.
Gradually add water and mix until a smooth paste forms.
Apply a thin, even layer to clean, intact skin, avoiding the eye area.
Allow the mask to sit briefly without letting it become excessively dry.
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and gently pat the skin dry.

Great company I have the super greens prior to this product. I’m unsure of the internal benefits presently as I wanted to stabilise my transit - it’s quite aggressive for me even in small amounts. Having said that it makes the best foot soak and bath. It also is a very light clean taste. The bag was broken and was kindly replaced. Thank you once again

I ordered this at the recommendation of my alternative therapist who is treating me for colorectal cancer, alongside other products.
