What is Diatomaceous Earth?
Diatomaceous earth (DE) is a naturally occurring, mineral-rich powder made from the fossilised remains of microscopic aquatic organisms called diatoms.
Its primary component is silicon dioxide (silica) in its amorphous (non-crystalline) form, along with naturally occurring trace minerals such as:

Suggested Use (Food-Grade Internal Use)
For best results, always use food-grade diatomaceous earth.
Start with 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon daily (begin low and gradually increase if desired).
Mix thoroughly into at least 250 ml of water or liquid.
Stir vigorously and consume immediately, as the powder does not dissolve.
