Your Right to Cancel
If you are purchasing as a consumer (rather than on behalf of a business), you have the legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your goods, or, where your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, 14 days after you receive the final item.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us of your decision before the cancellation period expires.

You may use our Model Cancellation Form (available on our website), but you do not have to. Any clear statement informing us that you wish to cancel your order is sufficient.
Returning Your Goods
If you cancel your order after your goods have been dispatched or delivered, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your cancellation.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as you remain responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned goods (or satisfactory evidence that they have been sent), we will process your refund within 14 days.
Your refund will include:
- The full purchase price of the goods.
- The standard cost of delivery paid when placing your order (where applicable).
Any additional delivery charges for premium or expedited shipping options are not refundable.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Condition of Returned Goods
You have the right to inspect the goods in the same way you would in a retail shop.
If the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect any loss in value.
Exceptions to the Right to Cancel
The legal right to cancel does not apply to certain items, including:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
- Goods which have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
- Any other products excluded from cancellation rights under applicable UK consumer law.
If you are unsure whether your purchase is eligible for cancellation, please contact us before returning your order.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and your legal rights.
