If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:
- For goods: the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.
- For multiple goods ordered in one order but delivered separately: the day on which you acquire possession of the last item.
- For services: the day the contract was concluded.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires.
You may do this by using the withdrawal form provided below.
By selecting the withdrawal option, you will be asked to:
- Provide your name.
- Provide your order number.
- Confirm your withdrawal request.
Once submitted, we will send an acknowledgement of receipt to the email address you provide.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (where required by law), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal request.
We may withhold reimbursement until:
- We have received the returned goods; or
- You have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Returning Goods
If withdrawal relates to physical goods, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you communicated your withdrawal.
You are responsible only for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain purchases, including where permitted by law:
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
- Perishable goods.
- Sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
- Digital content where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement of loss of the withdrawal right.
- Other exemptions provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
