I've been drinking a glass in the mornings with a teaspoon of clay in it when I wake - sipping over 3O mins. My bloatedness is almost gone, and my digestive system feels better. It was recommended for cleansing and feeding healthy bacteria and providing minerals. It's a really good quality clay.
