Great company I have the super greens prior to this product. I’m unsure of the internal benefits presently as I wanted to stabilise my transit - it’s quite aggressive for me even in small amounts. Having said that it makes the best foot soak and bath. It also is a very light clean taste. The bag was broken and was kindly replaced. Thank you once again

Great for detox and my skin is glowing. I drink a teaspoon with apple juice and I put a couple of tablespoons in the bath.
